A few useful boundaries

Starting fees assume one sole trade or one UK property business, one bank account and records provided by our agreed cut-off dates. The landlord starting fee assumes one straightforward UK rental property.

An income source means a sole trade or a property business. Several UK rentals can form one property business, but more properties can still mean more work and a higher fee.

We agree extra work first

Historic catch-up, additional trades, more properties, overseas income, capital gains and complex tax issues need a separate quote. Higher transaction volumes are priced before onboarding.

Submission-only does not include checking every transaction or correcting your bookkeeping. We flag obvious problems and agree any further work with you.

Monthly figures show the annual service fee split over 12 months. Onboarding, cancellation terms and treatment of work already completed will be set out in the engagement letter. We confirm your service and total price in writing before you commit.

Which plan is right for you?

Choose submission-only if you are comfortable recording and categorising your business transactions and keeping your records current. Choose managed support if you want us to do that work from the information you provide. Both include your annual tax return.

What happens before we quote?

We ask about your income sources, monthly transaction volume, bank accounts and software. We also check whether there is any catch-up work. You receive the agreed service and fee in writing, including any extra work, before making a commitment.

What if your business changes?

A second trade, extra rental properties or more transactions can change the work involved. Tell us when something changes and we will discuss the scope and fee with you. You can also ask about moving from keeping your own books to managed support.
