The income checker and plan finder
The income checker calculates its result in your browser and does not send your income figure to us. The plan finder carries your selected plan to the enquiry form using the page address. We receive your chosen plan and contact details only when you submit the form. Using either tool alone does not create a client account.
Hosting and technical information
Wix hosts this website. When you visit, the hosting service receives technical information such as your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and support security. The logo is also served by Wix. We have not added advertising pixels or a marketing analytics tool to these pages.
Enquiry forms and getting in touch
Enquiry forms collect the details you enter, including your name, email address, optional phone number and information about the support you need. Submissions are stored in Wix Forms and contact details are added to our Wix contact records. Wix sends a submission notification to the site owner. The forms use browser storage for a visitor token needed to load and submit the form. The call links open your phone application. If you contact us, we use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and discuss the support you need, including steps you ask us to take before entering a service agreement. We do not use an enquiry as consent to marketing. We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to deal with it and meet applicable record-keeping requirements. Please do not share passwords, Government Gateway credentials or tax documents during an initial enquiry. We agree a suitable way to share records before work begins.
Questions about your information
You can ask how your personal information is used and request access or correction. Other rights, including deletion or restriction, depend on the circumstances and any records we must retain. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
